This is one of my go-to quotes.  You will be presented with challenges and life certainly has its difficulties. However, it also brings so many wonderful things to be grateful for. Whether it be personal, professional or athletic, there are always going to be challenges that need to be worked through. When you come out of those situations, you always emerge as a stronger person equipped with even more tools than before.
